    First shot with a 45-90

    Getting use to open sites. This also my first experience with 0.45 caliber and a Winchester 1886. So take for what it is worth. I was able to shoot about a 6 inch group right out of the box. Hope get better with more experience.

    The ammo performed above expections and very clean burning for black powder.I fired them at 50 yards to begin with and dead on same at 100 yards.The rifle was a Pedersoli the Quigly model .
