Quality costs
Some might think they can make this themselves. The quality and attention to detail is awesome. Ventura had this half way across the country in 3 days. Great people! Shipping Co maybe didn't like it. Battery, charger, and battery cover got loose in the box. Battery charger gets really hot but Exo. has great customer support it seems.
